We currently have two systems for taking online payments which patients have found helpful in paying their fees when our phone lines are busy. Collect and has been set up by Bank of Ireland and Way2Pay and is a secure encrypted payment platform which we have been using since Dec 2020. Most recently our GP system has partnered with Billink (using Stripe) to provide an integrated payment system with patient file.
If you have had a phone consultation or other service at The Healthcentre, we will send you out an SMS/email message with a link that evening or following day. When you click on the link, it will then open up an invoice for you and instructions for making payment. Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation SMS/Receipt.
Please be assured we will only send a payment request if you have had a service with us, and these SMS’s are genuine.
See below what our message will look like. If you have any concerns please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone the surgery. Your bank may have additional security for online payments with your card so please let us know if you have any difficulties with the link so we can make the payment provider aware. You may of course also ring surgery and we can take payment over the phone.
