Due to unforeseen staff shortages this week we will not be taking any routine appointment bookings. Patients will be seen on the day if possible, and emergencies will always be seen. There may be delays in returning telephone calls: please be sure to advise reception if your call is urgent.
For the protection of our staff and our patients we require that you wear a mask when attending the practice. The prevalence of COVID19 locally remains high.
We will continue to triage calls so that if issues can be sorted over the phone we will do so.
For the next three weeks we will not be offering routine appointments (ie for routine check-ups / medicolegal examinations etc), but it is important to contact us if you have any medical issues which we can continue to prioritise. Please allow 72 hours for forms needing to be filled / signed.
Please also note that a medical certificate for driving license application is no longer needed if you are aged between 70-74: the requirement is now just for those aged 75 years and older.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any medical issues about which you are concerned.
