
We have an online payment system which allows our patients to pay their fees from their phone/computer. Most recently our GP system has partnered with Billink (using Stripe platform) to provide a secure and integrated payment system with patient file.
If you have had a phone consultation or other service at The Healthcentre, we will send you out an SMS/email message with a link that evening or following day. When you click on the link, it will then open up an invoice for you and instructions for making payment. Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation SMS/Receipt.
Please be assured we will only send a payment request if you have had a service with us, and these SMS’s are genuine. The SMS will be from Longwood HC.
If you have any concerns or queries on your fee please email us on accounts@longwoodhealth.com or phone the surgery. Your own bank may have additional security for online payments with your card so please let us know if you have any difficulties with the link so we can make the payment provider aware. If you have any feedback on how to improve this service we will be happy to hear from you.
You may of course also ring surgery and we can take payment over the phone.
