We are now finished our vaccinations for patients over the age of 70 years. We have managed to vaccinate a large number of our very high risk patients, and are appreciative of the patience that patients have displayed, almost without exception, during this very busy time. We are absolutely delighted that we have delivered 1,330 vaccinations, protecting our patients against COVID19.
The following patients will be referred to the HSE for vaccination as we are unable to participate in the next round of vaccinations:
1. Cohort 4A
2. Cohort 7
3. Patients who received their first dose of vaccination in The Healthcentre Longwood (‘partially vaccinated’ patients.
If you feel that you are in one of these groups, but may not be on our system as such (for instance body mass index >35 and not weighed in the practice in recent times), please email email@example.com to register your interest, with ‘VACCINE REFERRAL’ in the subject line.
We have been working hard to vaccinate our senior patients against Covid19 over recent weeks, and are delighted with the positive feedback which we’ve received.
The HSE is registering patients 45-49 years of age. You must register on HSE hub: https://vaccine.hse.ie/
You will be invited to attend for vaccination by HSE to one of their vaccination centres. These vaccinations are not carried out by your GP. If you have any queries in relation to vaccines, please visit the HSE website https://www2.hse.ie
Please bear with us while we are running vaccination clinics while doing our best to maintain normal GP care and Covid care.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL US ABOUT VACCINATION LIST, it will not speed up your appointment and blocks the phones to others trying to contact us with medical issues.
