Cohort 7 Covid19 vaccination referrals
If you are unvaccinated and in COHORT 7 (aged 16-59 and have an underlying illness – see details below), we can now refer you for vaccination to the HSE.
Please EMAIL email@example.com with ‘COHORT 7 VACCINATION’ in the subject line, and include your name, eircode, and PPS number in the email.
We will send your referral to the HSE. We will not be informed of when vaccination will take place, or which vaccine will be used, so please do not ring requesting this information as the phones are exceptionally busy at the moment.
