We will be holding clinics each Friday afternoon in November & December for children’s influenza vaccinations. This is a nasal spray and just involves a quick spray in both nostrils.
Children aged between 2-17 can avail of this nasal vaccination. If your child is aged between 2-8 and in an at-risk category the recommendations are for 2 doses one month apart and the nurse will advise you.
Children can catch and spread flu easily. The children’s flu vaccine can help to prevent the spread of flu in schools and at home. This keeps everyone safe
