Meet the GP's
Dr. William Mc Namara
MB BCh BAO NUI 1974, MICGP, Dip in Practical Dermatology (Cardiff) Interests: Family Medicine, minor surgery, dermatology, joint injection and all aspects of family planning.
Dr. Cliona Lewis
BSc (1997) MB BCh BAO LRCPI LRCSI (2002) MRCGP MSc Research (2017) Interests: All aspects of General Practice, particularly acute and emergency care, psychiatry, paediatrics and end of life care.
Dr. Claire O'Neill
MB BCh BAO (1990), MRCGP, DCH, Dip in Practical Dermatology (Cardiff) (2011), Qualified from Trinity College Dublin 1990, completed Medical Scheme in St James’ Hospital, Dublin and GP training program in Kent, UK. Worked in Paris and the UK before returning to Ireland in 1997. Interests: Patient education, self empowerment in managing their own conditions, common dermatological conditions and dermoscopy in the GP setting.
Dr. Conor O'Reilly
BEng (2003) UCD, MSc (2004) University of Bath, MB MCh BAO LRCSI LRCPI (2012) RCSI, Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine 2020. Came to Longwood in 2020 from Ballina, where he worked in General Practice and with the Mayo GAA team. Special interest in musculoskeletal medicine. Completed degree in Engineering in 2003 and a Masters in Management with Finance in the University of Bath in 2004.
